TMA Resources is a small (150 person) software company located in Vienna, VA (Tyson's Corner). Our product is a mission critical enterprise application used by Professional/Trade associations throughout the United States.

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our eBusiness Software Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of applicable experience using VB.NET

The following skills are required:

• Demonstrated experience building Web Services using VB .NET and related technologies in a .NET centric environment: XML, XSL, SOAP, UDDI, WSDL
  
• Excellent knowledge of WSE (Web Services Enhancements for .NET)
  
• Excellent knowledge of Web Services security methods and standards
  
• Demonstrated experience using JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, CSS technologies
  
• Demonstrated success building highly scaleable enterprise software products of increasing complexity using ASP .NET, ADO .NET technologies
  
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers and data access optimization techniques
  
• SharePoint 2003 Web Part Development experience a plus
  
• SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and Windows SharePoint Services configuration & administration experience a plus
  

  The followings skills will make an ideal candidate even better:
  
  *Re-factoring* experience very helpful
   Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Methodologies and architectures
   Expert knowledge of data architecture approaches and techniques
   Ability to aggregate customer needs and formulate consistent requirements
   Ability to structure & execute test plans based on multiple scenarios
  
  Successful candidates for this position will have demonstrated experience managing a product development process with functional focus on multi-channel CRM (Web, smart client), order management (inventoried products, digital products, subscriptions), financial processing (revenue recognition).
